Sometimes we get caught up in the day-to-day rush of taking care of patients, but we wanted to take a moment to thank our wonderful A Cat Clinic families who have generously donated to our Aurora’s Angels Fund. To date, we have been able to help three kitties who were in need of some assistance, and on their behalf we want to say a big Thank You!

Today we saw Kitty, whose owner needed a little help to give her the optimal care he wanted to provide her. His dog had recently undergone an expensive surgery, only to be diagnosed with cancer. And now Kitty wasn’t acting like herself. Fortunately, he realized something was wrong and called for advice. Dr. Mustillo was able to see her within a few hours, and diagnosed a painful pancreatic problem. She is currently in our hospital receiving some treatment overnight while we await some additional diagnostic test results. Check back on our Facebook page for further updates later on.

The owner was concerned about being able to pay for the necessary diagnostic tests, but with some help from Aurora’s Angels–which means you, our donors!–we should be able to provide a more accurate prognosis and treatment plan for Kitty. So again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
