Dale Rubenstein, DVM, DABVP:
Dr. Rubenstein received her veterinary medical degree from Purdue University in 1981. She became board-certified in feline practice by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) in 1996 and is the only board-certified feline practitioner in Montgomery County. Dr. Rubenstein is a fellow of the Academy of Feline Medicine, which formulates national guidelines for feline practice. She is a past executive member of the D.C. Academy of Veterinary Medicine and a charter member of the board of directors of the Emergency Animal Center.
Lisa Mullins, VMD:
Dr. Mullins received her veterinary medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1976. After graduation, she served for one year in the Peace Corps, working in West Africa. After moving to this area, Dr. Mullins worked in several local practices before joining the staff at A Cat Clinic in 1989. She is a member of national, state and local veterinary organizations. Her special skill is general surgery.
